As a Forsyth Central High School alumnus, Sarah knows this community inside and out, and has always been known as the sweet spirited girl that never met a stranger. Her ability to build relationships with clients is unsurpassed in the real estate industry. This carries over in her ability to negotiate terms with all parties involved in a transaction. Her expertise in sales and contract negotiation dates back to her time as director of marketing and an outside sales representative for a software company. Even before she began her career in sales, helping to manage a high end day spa fostered her impeccable customer service skills. As a lead consultant in her and her husband’s technology firm, Sarah learned first hand the value of a contract and how to negotiate with attorneys, landlords, executive boards, and clients alike. In 2014, the realization that she was born to sell residential real estate led her to becoming a Realtor. She hit the ground running, and in her first year as a full time agent, Sarah led all of Dawson County for sales volume in the 4th quarter. Real estate is her passion. The relationships she is able to build with each client has reaffirmed that she is doing what she was born to do.
